| My compliments to the chef!!! Had the Roquefort steak in the Port Wine sauce last night and it was exquisite!!! My friends that were with me that night went back two days later and had it again. How about a cooking class to teach us wanna be chef's your secrets to that incredible Roquefort steak. |

| When looking up Pisterzo on the web, I found your sight. I was there back in 1975 visiting your Uncle Rogerio and his wife Maria with some friends who knew you and your father. It was an experience to never forget. Maria was so mad that we showed up unexpected. It seems that Uncle Roger forgot to tell her. She made us a nice Italian dinner and we got the royal tour of Rogers wine vat supply in his basement. The towns women were all dressed in black. They were either grieving for a lost loved one, for someones elses loved one, or ready for a one in the future. We stayed two nights at Rogers and when it was time to go, I think Maria was happy. Us American girls were too much for her I am sure. To top it off Uncle Roger decided to play match maker and pair me off with one of the guys who lived there by having him drive us down the mountain and having me sit next to him in the passengers seat. On the way down, is when Rogers friend asked me to marry him. I politely turned him down. I will always be grateful for such a wonderful experience to look back on. Sincerely, Susan |
